INSTRUCTIONS:

Download the menu
Start GTA5 and wait until the game has fully loaded
Start the mod
Read the disclaimer, and press OK

Default keys include:

[F5] to show/hide the menu,
[Numpad 0] to go back,
[Numpad 8] and [Numpad 2] to navigate up/down through the menu options.
[Numpad 4] and [Numpad 6] to decrease/increase the current value.
[Numpad 5] to activate an option, toggle its value or applying any changed setting.

Unlimited XP With Kiddions! (Safe Way)

This is a tutorial on how to earn unlimited rp with the help of Kiddions!

Step 1. Open Kiddions and go to "Tunables" and put your RP Multiplier to 100 or less.

If you put it to any number higher than 100 you will not get any rp

Step 2. Download the Teleport.json file.

Step 3. Extract the Teleport.json file to your "modest-menu" folder and overwrite the existing file.

You have now installed the file

Step 4. Open Kiddions and go to Teleport > Custom Location and proceed to teleport to "Time Trail".

Step 5. You then want to start the time trail and teleport to "Finish Line"

Now you repeat the steps by teleporting back and forth

Don't forget to start the time trail.

This mod menu is near undetected but don't use the casino method for more than once a day. Use the bunker method and don't make more than 5M/day.
You can make the money but don't go crazy over it otherwise get_banned.

  I don't think so, I've used the method, got myself 170,000,000$+ in bank from casino for 5 hours of gameplay and I am still "lucky"/able to play Online.
  
  This cheat is pretty good, If you get banned It is probably for doing something unusual, far too wrong for the normal cheating of it. I've tried it on 3 accounts, all of which are still not banned.

Wow, amazing! This is one of the best cheats I've had - free.

Also, people, If you wish to get money, do not hesitate to go to the casino and rig the chances of the winning rate, as well as how many times you can win in a row. Go and play the diamond slot machine and put a 2.5K Chip bet, you'll get 2.5M Chips in one game. You can get up to ~50M Chips, then you cash out the chips in money, which will be put in your bank account.

The only thing I wish this Mod Menu had is the stats cheat. Although, this is one of the best ones out there, freely given to us.

If you use the option in the menu for the vehicle - to be able to enter Los Santos Customs. For example, Police vehicle, which would not be able to enter the LSC. Well If you do so - use the cheat, you may occur crash after some time, If you wish to use it, just bear that in mind.

I cannot express how good this cheat is, thanks to the developer & uploader, because of whom we can all use it!

P.S. I wish all of you, Happy New Year, for which to be way better than last year.
Have a wonderful time using this unbelievably good cheat.

  the problem that you are having may be occurring, because you are playing the game in Fullscreen. That can probably be fixed by using the shortcut on your keyboard:
  ALT + ENTER
  
  Try fixing it by using this method/combination, I hope it works.
  By using this combination on your keyboard you can switch through fullscreen or windowed mode, you decide, but in this case, the cheat may not be showing up, because you are actually playing the game in fullscreen.
